Dr. Weiner earned his Doctorate at Temple University in Philadelphia in 1970. He then returned to Temple University to obtain his Prosthodontist credentials. He started his teaching profession at University of Dental Medicine, now known as Rutgers Dental School in Newark. He has been educating the minds of future dentists for 40 years. Opening 50 Commerce Dental Center was a lifelong dream he had for Newark. He believes this is the city of dreams and growth. He is excited to become a part of the Newark rehabilitation.
In his spare time, Dr. Weiner likes to listen to jazz and spend time with his beautiful grandchildren.

“I hate the dentist” a little girl said crying out loudly, when she had to go to a dentist for treatment. She does remember vaguely, the dentist reassuring her with a benign calm, as he artfully worked on her teeth. The effect of that incident was profound enough and was the trigger that led her to pursue dentistry.
Over one and half decade ago, Dr. Singla started her career in dentistry graduating from National Dental College in India. Upon completion of her dental graduation, she soon joined a private practice in India, for a period of 2 years.
When she relocated to the United States, she completed Doctor of Dental Surgery from NYU with Honors in Research. Her belief in Steve Jobs’ quote: “Stay foolish and stay hungry” and her quest for knowledge led her to pursue General Practice Residency at Einstein Hospital, Philadelphia. She also attended one and half year Advanced Education in Esthetic dentistry at Tufts Dental School. She enjoys treating children and is Invisalign and Clear Correct certified.
Dr. Singla has provided and organized dental community services during her education and residency to people in need and also volunteered as virtual ambassador for Smile Changes Lives. She brings her experience of providing fast paced, quality and comfortable dentistry to 50 Commerce Dental.
She also believes that success coach Anthony Robbins’ mantra “CANI – Constant and Never-ending Improvement”. To update her knowledge and skills she takes continuing education courses and is a member of American Dental Association and New Jersey Dental Association. She speaks English, Hindi, Punjabi and Spanish. She is married to an engineer and in her free time enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, sketching, traveling and yoga.
Dr. White is from Northern New Jersey. He received his Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology from Boston University in 1976 and graduated from Howard University College of Dentistry in 1981. Larry was a resident at the Bronx Lebanon Hospital before going into private practice with his father, where he served the Bronx community for over 20 years.
Dr. White enjoys all aspects of General Dentistry and has a particular interest in Cosmetic Dentistry, Oral Surgery, Endodontics, and restoring implants. He has provided dental care to nursing home residents and is active in various dental study groups and continuing education. In his free time, Dr. White likes to cook, exercise, travel, reading, going to the movie theater, and museums.
Dr. Zhivago is a prosthodontist and implant specialist with extensive training. He was born and raised in Germany. His original education as a dentist was in Romania. After immigrating to the USA, he completed his American dental degree at New York University College of Dentistry. Subsequently he completed advanced training in Prosthodontics there as well. Currently in private practice he is also completing a two year fellowship in dental implantology at Columbia University. He is also a Clinical Assistant Professor in the Department of Prosthodontics at New York University. He has special interests in computers and CAD CAM dentistry.
Jessica graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology from New Jersey City University in 2013. She has been in the dental field for 10 years. During that period of time, she obtained the knowledge to service the patients at 50 Commerce Dental Center at a high level of comfort. She is the first person who will greet you during your visit. If you have any concerns about your insurance plan, treatment plan, or appointment – she is there to help you. In her spare time, Jessica likes to spend time with her family, adopted dog – Lola, and craft.
Stefanny first got into the dental field when she was placed in a dental assisting class at Kearny High School. Once realizing her passion for dentistry, she decided to pursue a career in the field after graduating. She obtained her radiology license and then became a Certified Dental Assistant. However she does not plan on stopping there. Stefanny is continuing her education in hopes of becoming a dental hygienist in the near future. Stefanny takes pride in providing the patients with a relaxed and comfortable environment so they always have a positive dental experience.
She believes the best part about the dental field is being able to help give someone confidence in their smile. Stefanny likes working out, running, listening to music, playing with Biggy – her Yorkie, and spending time with family and friends.
